The Isle of Gigha Camp and Motorhome site is a small site close to the ferry slip that welcomes motorhomes, campervans and tents. The camping area has a wilderness feel about it with vehicle-free, small to medium size tent pitches separated by bracken, long grass and wildflowers.
Accommodation
A pitch includes two adults (over 16 years) and 2 children. Additional adults and children can be added to a pitch, up to a total of 6 people per pitch.
Maximum motorhome size of 7m. Electric hook-ups require cables of at least 12m in length.
Restaurant
Open all year round, the Gigha Hotel offers a delicious menu featuring locally sourced produce such as Gigha Halibut and Scottish lamb and beef. Enjoy your evening meal in the elegant dining room or have a bite to eat and a drink in the bar or the beer garden. You are always guaranteed a warm welcome and the best of island hospitality at the Gigha Hotel.
Facilities
Facilities include showers and toilets (including accessible/family bathroom), covered washing up and seating area, grey and chemical waste disposal points and electric hook up on some motorhome pitches. Please note the grey waste disposal point does not have a drive-over facility. In reception, you can charge batteries, pop things in the fridge, freeze ice packs, borrow forgotten campiing equipment, toiletries and boardgames.
