1. What does my voucher entitle me to?

This offer permits two adults and one pet to enjoy one complimentary night away in a participating venue, in a standard double, twin room or camping location for two.

2. What type of pets are included in this offer?

All venues are dog friendly, however some venues may enforce restrictions based on pet size or breed. Please check with our central reservations team at the time of booking. For any pets other than dogs, please check with our central reservations team on your selected venues pet policies.
This offer includes one pet. Please check with the central reservations team if additional pets can accommodated. Additional pets will need to be paid for directly with the venue.

3. Can I choose whichever venue I like?

All venues featured within the supporting website or brochure are available to select for your stay. Please note that dates are subject to availability and the venues continuation within the promotion.

4. Do I need to bring anything for my pet?

Yes, you will need to provide appropriate bedding, feeding bowls and food for your pet. Don't forget your pet's favourite toy and waste disposal bags.

5. Will there be additional charges?

You can stay at your chosen venue completely free of charge on a room or pitch only basis, you are not required to purchase evening meals or beverages. All additional charges for hotel stays, including (but not limited to) meals, beverages, room service, mini-bar and parking need to be settled directly with the venue. For campsite stays please check at time of booking what is included at each camping venue.

6. How long is the offer valid for?

The date you need to book and take your stay by will be found on your covering letter or email.

7. What facilities do the venues have to offer?

All venues in the promotion have a symbol guide, which will enable you to view the facilities available.

8. I've received a brochure containing a list of venues - are there more venues available?

The accompanying brochure features a small selection of participating venues, the website details the full selection for this promotion.
Please note that dates are subject to availability and the venues continuation within the promotion.

9. Can I arrange to have an upgraded room or add incremental items e.g. chocolates, flowers or champagne?

Information on upgrades and optional extras are featured in the supporting brochure or website, for further information please contact
the central reservations team.

10. Can we bring our children?

The offer entitles you to a standard double or twin room for two adults and one pet, on a room only basis, upgrades to a family room are subject to the venues’ availability and child policy. For campsite stays, the pitch included is for two people and one pet, and any additional guests will be subject to additional charges.

11. Can I contact the venue and book directly with them?

No, all booking enquiries are to be made through our central reservations team, any bookings made directly with the venue will not be honoured.

12. Do all venues have adaptive access?

Please let the central reservations team know of any requirements that we need to make the venue aware of. Whilst every venue will endeavour to accommodate personal requirements, not all will feature adaptive access.
